When I try to view one of my Programs, the audit is blank.
If you are trying to view your Program audits in the Search Programs or Manage Programs sections, there are a few things you can check if you are receiving blank audits.
Check your Program Code
The first thing you will want to do is check that u.select has the correct Program Code for this program. The Program Code, found on the Edit Program page, should exactly match the code used in your degree audit system.
For DARwin users, this is the DPROG field.
Have you Run your Programs?
To display audit data in u.select, a degree audit report will have to be run for every program.
To Run your programs:
- Go to Manage Programs
- Run the Program, which can be done at various levels:
- At the School level - which runs audits for every program your institution has within u.select
- At the Category level - which runs audits for every program within that category only
- At the Program level - which runs an audit only for that specific program
- Depending on how many Programs you run at one time, it may take several minutes for all of the degree audits to return.
- Don't forget to Re-Index your Programs after they've run. Re-Indexing will save the audits so that when a student tries to view one of your programs, the audit will be returned quickly.
