Because u.direct is 508 Compliant, you have the option of choosing which view type you will have while using u.direct.
- The Text Only View does not use style sheets or Javascript and its design allows it to be used with a screen reader.

- The Standard View DOES make use of style sheets and Javascript.
How to select your View Preference:
- On the home page, there is a Settings Menu. The drop-down menu for this gives two options:
- Preferences- this is primarily a placeholder for future options. Clicking this option will take you a page that allows you to switch to text-only view.
- Turn off Styles and Java Script: this turns on the 508-compliant version of u.direct. There is also a link for this on the top right corner of the screen.
- You will return to the Home page using the particular view you selected.
