Administrator User Guides
The u.select User Guide for Administrators is a comprehensive manual for all functions to be performed by u.select Administrators. You will find instructions, explanations, examples and file formats.

Outline of Responsibilities
To become fully implemented in u.select, there are many steps to take, and much information to be provided. Fully Implemented in u.select Definition.
- ALL of the programs offered need to be included in u.select.
- Course equivalencies for any Ohio public, post-secondary institution from which 25 or more transfer students are enrolled each year will need to be provided through u.select.
- Identify which schools those are and then begin encoding the course equivalencies for courses equating to courses that apply to the Transfer Module and Transfer Assurance Guides, as well as those that apply to the general education programs into Transfer Articulation. In addition to those programs, any commonly transferred courses for degree programs with high numbers of transfer students will need to be included in that.
- Maintenance of these programs and equivalencies are continuous. There are also areas of u.select that need to be maintained, such as URLs, Courses and Institution Messages.
- Finally, part of the definition includes developing and administering a u.select training program for all appropriate advisors, counselors, outreach staff, faculty and admissions personnel. This training is essential and must be provided to all new employees serving in those positions.
