Support Center
The Support Center is an online tool to help clients find documentation, downloads, and help on issues. Any current client can request a Support Center account for u.select.
The Support Center includes the Issue Tracker (formerly known as the OWL) that is a knowledge base with questions asked by clients. The Issue Tracker can be used to search on issues that deal with similar problems that you have having. The Issue Tracker should be used as your first resource for questions. If you cannot find the answer to your question within the Issue Tracker, please feel free to enter a new issue that will be answered by the redLantern Staff.
